Not every meal in a palace needs to feel formal. La Brass Restaurant & Bar is where Diggi Palace goes contemporary: modern, relaxed and still unmistakably set within the old walls.
Contemporary elegance, historic walls
La Brass combines modern sophistication with a lively ambience, in the historic surroundings of the palace. It is an all-day bistro, so it suits a late breakfast, a long lunch or a dinner that stretches into the evening. The setting blends heritage, comfort and modern hospitality.
The menu
The menu is deliberately varied. Rajasthani favourites sit beside Indian and international dishes, so a table with different tastes can all be happy.
Signature plates include Laal Maas, the fiery Rajasthani classic, and artisanal pizzas. You will also find grilled chicken with sautéed vegetables, chicken tikka masala, paneer lababdar and Thai curry.
The bar
The well-appointed bar complements the food with craft cocktails, fine wines and spirits, which makes La Brass a comfortable place to spend an evening as well as a meal.
Baradari or La Brass?
Think of them as two moods of the same palace. Baradari is the traditional choice, with royal Rajasthani cooking under historic arches. La Brass is the modern one, with global and Indian dishes and a bar. Many guests happily do both during a stay.
