Guest Eligibility & Check-In
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
- Passport, Aadhaar, Government ID, and Driving Licence are accepted as valid ID proof.
House Rules
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Smoking is allowed only in designated common smoking areas; a fine of ₹2,000 applies for smoking elsewhere.
- This property is accessible to guests who use a wheelchair.
- Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors to their room during their stay.
- Each room category features a variety of architectural styles, layouts and sizes. Images on the website are representative of the category; the exact room is subject to availability.
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed — only pet dogs and cats are welcome at this property.
- Extra charge for pets: ₹1,500 + GST per stay.
- Pets are not allowed on the bed, in the swimming pool, kitchen, or restaurant.
- Pets are not allowed to roam without a leash.
Extra Bed Policy
- 0–5 years: Extra bed upon request is free.
- 6+ years: Extra bed upon request is ₹3,000 per person, per night.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation/amendment is free of charge up to 15 days prior to the date of arrival.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days but less than 15 days in advance incur a charge of 1 night's tariff.
- No-shows and cancellations made 0–7 days in advance incur a 100% charge of the booking.
Cancellations are not applicable on the following special dates:
- November 7th & 8th (Diwali)
- December 24th–31st, 2026 & January 1st, 2027 (Christmas & New Year)
- March 21st & 22nd, 2027 (Holi)
Amendment & Refund Policy
- Amendments or changes in dates will be treated as a cancellation.
- Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
