Hotel reservation terms, booking and cancellation conditions are set out on the Site (see our Hotel Policies), and payment follows the procedure set out there. No contract is formed until Diggi Palace confirms acceptance of your booking by email or automated confirmation. You undertake that all details provided, including payment details, are accurate and that you are authorised to use them. Diggi Palace reserves the right to verify payment details before confirming a booking.
